Kroger: No More Double Coupon in Mid-Atlantic Region Beginning May 12

After months and months of rumor it was confirmed by my local Kroger store that the Mid-Atlantic Region will not longer be doubling coupons as of May 15 May 12*. To ease the blow they are ushering a new "low price" campaign.  It remains to be seen how this will affect shopping in my household, but I'm highly disappointed that Kroger will be discontinuing this savings.
